I'm extremely lactose and El Paso decided to add cheese to my order when i specifically ask them not to. When they delivered it incorrectly, I was quickly shown how much they put no efforts into customer care. The manager yelled at us via the phone and told me I needed to add more to my special instructions to make it more clear. I'm not sure how much more clear, "no cheese" could be.
