Been coming here since they opened out of convenience, but the prices have gotten really high. Charging for ketchup and hot sauce is wild, especially when the bagel prices themselves are already high. Hit or miss food quality.
Highly recommend the Brooklyn Special!! Having a hashbrown was really unexpected but so amazing. The pick up line gets really chaotic, and there are a few picnic tables at the front where you can eat at.

Waited an hour for my bacon egg and cheese, only to get home and realise there was no bacon. Do not use the QR code and order at the counter instead! It puts you in the queue with all the other online orders, which is extremely misleading. Staff were also rude and unapologetic when I asked why people who ordered after me got theirs quickly.
