“Everything about this place was amazing!! The food was phenomenal, some of the best we’ve ever eaten! Our server Andi took care of us like we were in his home—he was so kind and really made the experience amazing. The platter with the different dips is a MUST, but also is the Caesar Salad, Lamb, and Pita. Wine and cocktails were so tasty and really paired well with everything we ordered. Honestly, order everything because you really can’t go wrong! Stunning spot and will tell everyone that visits the area that they must come to this spot!! Thank you again!!“

“The takeout food made for a very memorable anniversary meal. The empanadas with their incredible pastry shells were to die for, as good as any we have had in the past in Mexico City. There is no other place I have seen that sells HOMEMADE ice cream with delicious Asian flavors like taro, milk tea, green tea, sesame, red bean! The taste and texture is amazing! And the owner Song is just the sweetest person! I can literally sit there for 4 hours straight spending time talking with this wonderful women and eating all her ice cream! Lol. Scoops offers a wide selection of entirely plant-based ice cream flavors, including pistachio, cherry vanilla, cookies and cream, strawberry, and more when I visited this week. Surprisingly one of the best ice cream I’ve had in the city - super simple vanilla honey caramel tones and not too sweet, it’s a shame that flavor isn’t available anymore. “Came in on a Friday at noon - the interior was welcoming and clean. I ordered the La Callejera and it was delicious! Service was quick and very nice. Portion was big for me - ended up eating half and will be eating other half for dinner. Would definitely come in again. Order total was about 21 for the torta and a Mexican coke.“

“I got the regular size cup with Coney Island custard and Cookie Monster. The custard was amazing, it had a nice taste of condensed milk that wasn’t too heavy. The gelato was also very silky. Cookie Monster was delicious too, it had a cotton candy taste and the cookies inside made for a good sort of chocolatey taste too go along with it. The only problem I really have is that the cups are too small for the portions given. The second we went outside the icecream started melting very very rapidly. It felt like a race against time to shovel each scoop into our mouth because it was dripping outside the cup onto the ground, our clothes, and making our hands sticky. I feel like the portion size was perfect, any less icecream and it was wouldn’t feel worth the eight dollars, it’s just the cup sizes.“
