“I have a sweet tooth and couldn't wait to try this place. When I arrived I parked on the street nearby. I walked in and was greeted. Melanie served me, and she was nice. I tried a bunch of ice cream flavors, and I went with:

- Cookie au lait with brownie bites oreo chunk whipped cream
- Death by Chocolate Hot Chocolate (marshmallow fluff, Graham crackers, chocolate drizzle, and gold flakes)

I really loved the ice cream, and the hot coco was good but super sweet for the sweet lovers. All in all, I had a good experience!“

“The best banh mi I've had in NYC. Get the classic banh mi with Sriracha and jalapenos. The bread is fresh, isn't going to scrape the roof of your mouth, and doesn't require you to tear it and risk the filling falling out. The pickled veggies are plentiful and tasty. The egg coffee is also delicious. The staff is also very kind and friendly.“

There is no other place I have seen that sells HOMEMADE ice cream with delicious Asian flavors like taro, milk tea, green tea, sesame, red bean! The taste and texture is amazing! You can find relics of chewing gum you used to chew as a kid. You can even find obscure candy from foreign countries. There’s also souvenir toys the kids enjoy. “Absolutely the best ice cream I've had in Brooklyn. So far, we've tried grape nut, guava, and Irish moss. All amazing. Are the staff going to gush over you? Maybe not, but they will give you excellent homemade ice cream at a very reasonable price and in a decent size. The guava tastes like fresh guava, and the Irish moss tastes like Christmas: so good.“

“Stumbled upon this gem with some friends. To my delight, this place is fantastic.

I got the strawberry gelato and decaf cappuccino, though i tried my friends’ vanilla gelato and starberry milkshake. All were superb. I was not expecting such high quality.

I am an ice cream and milkshake enthusiast — and this would rate as one of the best.

The owner is also very sweet.

“Stopped by today with my son. We arrived five minutes before it opened. Although, it was our first time here, the staff was incredibly helpful and patient as my son made his selection. Our order was ready within a few minutes. The quality and taste blew me away. I look forward to returning often!

The employees are lovely, I have never had a bad experience! I really like the rotation of flavors, but I did notice that some flavors would taste different from day to day.“

“This has to be one of the best-named ice cream stores I have ever encountered: inviting, memorable, potent. Those adjectives apply to its ice creams, too, which come in all sorts of intriguing flavors. The consistency leans toward the icier end of the spectrum, but that is nice sometimes, refreshing. I went with fried apple pie, and I did not regret it. Intriguingly, all the ice cream was pre-scooped, which makes it easy to grab and go. I hope they expand. We need this kind of invention in more places!“

“I frequent this location often with my children because my toddler LOVES their pistachio ice cream. She convinced me to try it and it really is that good. My favorite from this store is the coffee ice cream. Hits everytime. The store is very small but always looks clean. There’s not much organization when it comes to the line so they usually just ask “who’s next”. All workers that I’ve interacted with have been pleasant. I’ve never had a negative interaction with a worker so I’d say their customer service is great.

Parking: A lot of people double park. It’s paid metered parking and spots are usually taken.“

“My family and I come here often and we've been lucky enough that most times Joshua is there. Joshua has amazing customer service. Joshua is soo welcoming, kind, and knowledgeable if you have ice cream questions. This location can get busy during the summer however, it never seems to fluster Joshua. Joshua is always cheerful, calm, and and lovely under the pressure. I've also noticed that Joshua always makes our ice cream with lots of care. I've been to other locations where that is not the case.

Recently, I came and met Bella who was there with Joshua. Bella is another great addition to the team and I'm looking forward to thr next time I see either of them.“

“Staff is professional, kind and welcoming. Restaurant is clean. Bathroom always has a line, but that’s not a big deal.
As a brand I’d love to see more kid options/sizes, that’s not a deal breaker though.

Kid-friendliness: Crayons and activity pages for kids, like old-school Friendly’s(if you’re a kid from the 80s, you know what I mean, no game boards though).
Burgers are a bit big for under 8years, and not many options for low sugar drinks but the kids love it.

The staff wasn't so friendly but they took our orders patiently and cordially.
When the boss came out he was very nice and gave us extra cream for the churros and asked if we need anything else etc.
That was nice I appreciated that he cared to male an effort to be friendly !
The ice cream is classic carvel very good and I liked that they had pretty wrapped ice cream sandwiches to go amd ice cream bard.
The cinabon smell is heavenly can't leave without center of the roll its great !“
