Great spot for a romantic dinner in a cozy, welcoming space. Service was 5/5 excellent- friendly, knowledgeable, and attentive. We are Italians and rarely (if ever) go out to eat Italian food in NYC, as we have been bitterly disappointed several times in the past. Last night, however, we decided to try Il Passatore, and we are so happy we did! I finally returned for the first time in over ten years, and Il Passatorehas maintained its high quality and modest prices. Hope to return again sooner than in ten years. I dine at some of the best Italian spots in Brooklyn, including Lilia and Michaels of Brooklyn, but this place, in its own way, can hold its own.
