Jamaican me happy! Came all the way from Cali to NYC on family trip. I googled this place and was excited to try them. Location was great it’s right on the corner of a main st. Parking was easy but hey it’s NYC so double park if you feel like it. This picture was just my food which was the oxtails DELICIOUS and SO TENDER! I just happened to be in this corner of Brooklyn for a customer meeting and had a hankering for some Caribbean food. This place exceeded my expectations. The food was excellent! Curry goat was flavorful and spicy, rice and peas perfect, plantains amazing and the pickled cabbage wonderful. Excellent price point for no frills take-out. Staff was warm and friendly with the Caribbean hospitality I would expect. This is definitely a new favorite when I pass through the neighborhood.

Got some breakfast here (saltfish + ackee) when getting my car serviced nearby and it was absolutely delicious. Service was really friendly too. Cash only. Will definitely be back next time I'm in the area!
