As expected, Solomonov delivers with K'Far Bakery in Williamsburg. Having been to the original Philadelphia outpost of K'Far, this one manages to succeed and even improve past the original. Huge, well lit, expansive space seamlessly merges Huxton lobby with K'Far Bakery space, with the restaurant group's branding prominent, punchy, and on point just as you would expect! I came two mornings in a row when I visited Philly for the weekend because I wanted to try everything. The Jerusalem bagel with the labneh trio. Amazing. The toast with brown sugar ricotta and spiced apricot syrup. Amazing. The Yemenite latte. Amazing. Everything was amazing. I cannot stop thinking about the ricotta toast.
