Great atmosphere, great service, and good drinks.
I had a party upstairs at King Tai! Dustin and Becca (I hope I got that right) - were just incredible. They were warm and accommodating and made a mean margarita! Can’t say enough good things.
Long overdue that I should review this place. I first came here three weeks after opening for a work happy hour. Since then I’ve been welcomed into a community in which I have seen many friends meet here for the first time, first dates, second dates, the all-important third dates (hey-o!), engagements, marriages, going away parties and everything in between. King Tai is a welcoming bar with a great atmosphere, offering a wide selection of alcohol and delicious cocktails. The bartenders are friendly and skilled, providing excellent service even during busy hours. The music is always on point, making it a great spot to sit at the bar and have a good time. The restaurant also hosts special events, such as oyster pop-ups, and features unique drinks like the Sweet Talk and Windward Isle. It's a nice place to come with friends, especially on nights when the place isn't too busy. The staff is really friendly and tolerant of children, making it a good spot for families outside. Guests have enjoyed the relaxed vibe and the helpful bartenders who assist in selecting drinks. The atmosphere feels like a little oasis inside, perfect for unwinding with good drinks and a friendly environment. The place is definitely loud, but in a good way, and it's nice to still have a tiki bar in the neighborhood. Visitors can bring food over from nearby restaurants, and the private upstairs space is excellent for hosting events. The service is always friendly, and the vibe is just great, making it a welcoming and enjoyable place to visit, especially when the weather is good and you can sit outside.
