Masakari Japanese Fusion is a restaurant located in the Sheepshead Bay section of Brooklyn. The sushi is always fresh, delicious, and beautifully presented. Soups, salads, hot and cold appetizers, sushi, entrees, hibachi dinners, lunch specials, desserts and beverages are available. The chicken teriyaki dinner and salmon teriyaki dinner are offered, both including miso soup or salad, with hibachi noodles as a side dish. The food is very good and well-prepared. The sushi and the service are consistently top-notch, with reasonable prices. A definite highlight is the green tea crepe cake. However, some reviews mention nothing special about the rolls, and the tuna/walnut salad was drenched in some syrupy sauce. The service is not great either, with waiters who do not want to be there. Despite this, others report a most magical and memorable experience, with everything exceeding expectations and friendly, helpful staff.
