“We hosted a private event at Gus's (dinner after a city hall wedding) and had an AMAZING experience. The manager, Megan, was so helpful to work with throughout -- she was a thought partner on food and decor choices, she coordinated with our other vendors, and most importantly made sure that the event itself went off without a hitch! The ambiance was on point and the food was DELICIOUS -- all of our guests have been raving about it since then!! The staff was also super warm and helped make the event feel extra special. (An extra shout out to the bartender Andrew for cracking jokes all night). Highly recommend Gus's under any circumstance!!“

“I celebrated Thanksgiving at Moldova Restaurant and had the best time! The service was quick and attentive, and our waitress was incredibly sweet with great recommendations. The food arrived fast, and everything we ordered was absolutely delicious. I couldn’t even leave any leftovers, I had to take them home. BaBa’s is a must do for us every time we’re in NYC and recently we enjoyed the hand crafted delights at home when we received a bunch as a gift after having a baby for my postpartum nurturing. Just like the name every pierogis feels like a bit of love from grandmas kitchen straight to the heart ( by way of the tummy) We love you guys and we love babas!“

“The service at Levant on Smith was top notch. I only wish the food had been. It was fine but nothing was so tasty that I would go back for more. Even the hot water for my tea was lukewarm. Again, the servers were super and even inquired if we didn't enjoy the meal because we left so much. The food just wasn't that great.“

“Our guests are arriving around 3:30 on Sunday. We wanted to sit down, have a meal, and chat. I called to make a reservation at this cafe. Artem answered, saying he was the manager. He asked, ‘Will you leave by 5?’ I thought maybe there was a banquet after 5, but I was told, ‘No, we just have two time slots: until 5 and from 6. It’s inconvenient for us otherwise. Even Igor (the owner) won’t be able to help you.’ It felt very rude and unprofessional. I’ve lived in the US for 30 years and have been to this cafe many times (though usually after 6), but I’ve never encountered service like this anywhere before. My desire to visit again has probably disappeared for good.“

“Pure joy to be here. Everything is so fresh and amazingly delicious with the right amount of spices. Everything there was prepared to my perfection and was juicy the cheburek is a delicious art of food that you eat and it is like taking a bite into heaven. This place is amazing and keeps to it's traditions l as well as friendly. I have been here many times but forgot to write review because everything tasted delicious and each time I forgot. The prices seemed normal, we chipped in $55 dollars per person
. There was a lot of beautiful food, I really liked the appetizers - herring, sausage, meat, salads. The compote is generally wonderful, the main dish is delicious fish, I haven't tried the meat,Coffee, delicious tea, delicious Napoleon dessert. Honestly, maybe I was very hungry because I liked everything and I ate a lot, which is not like me usually 😹Two clean large toilets. I think they have a TV there
sometimes, karaoke nights, and otherwise unobtrusive music plays. We ordered a table in advance, I think there were 10-11 people and 750 was paid“
