Non-existant customer service. No phone number to call and the "help" link on the website to speak with someone just freezes up. My package was never delivered. Sent a request on the website, they told me to file claim with shipper, FedEx says they can't file a claim until new era contacts them to verify their shipper number. Total B/S. Never buy from New Era directly.
I have always bought New Era caps and have been more than satisfied with all my 50+ ball caps.
