I watched “A Complete Unknown” as my first movie there. It’s not your average indie theater, they serve gourmet meals and decent cocktails.
Worst place ever! Got treated so poorly! From the beginning the bartender and the waiters! If you aren’t part of their standard don’t go!!!!!
Love the Trees bar and it's amazing drink menu, music selection, playing retro movies all over the room. Then the theater itself had such a great array of clips playing before the main attraction i could sit and watch those all day.

Nitehawk Cinema Prospect Park is a neighborhood staple. It is a bit pricey but the environment is clean, with assigned seats and an artistic, inviting theme. The staff are amazing, flexible, and accommodating. The food is great, including the nitehawk truffle popcorn, and the drinks are good. The film programming is well thought out, with specials named after movies that are screening. It reminds viewers of the 90s cinema-watching vibe with considerate, low-key company. Even when not interested in the movie, the experience is a delight. There are minor things like the first round of food and drinks taking a while, but overall it is an experience to look forward to.
