Very dirty and the staff screams at you if they don’t understand you the first time

Place needs cleaning chicken wings are delicious
Can only speak on the food since I ordered through DoorDash but was surprised by all the negative reviews. From the three items I ordered I enjoyed them all. Fried dumplings filled with pork were good and came with dipping sauce. The skin of the dumplings are on the thicker side but I enjoy that. Chicken and broccoli solid and the seafood rice cakes stir fried was solid too. Pretty typical and what I expect from a fast food Americanized Chinese joint.
