Panda was the pinnacle of Chinese restaurants in East New York. I remember patronizing there since 1998. When the owner was "Tom". Their general tso chicken was sublime. Today, everything is different. The food is not as freshly tasting, the orders hardly come with Broccoli as it used to in the past. Its just sad now. So its now subpar. Food and portions pretty good except they do not read any instructions or notations when ordering online my insides are burning bc I specified No Spicy and it was quite the opposite!:/ so money down the drain !! I ordered from here bc they have moo shu chic Which they gave me NO hoisin aka. Plum sauce for the pancakes Won't eat it until I have the plum sauce
