Paragon is one of the best places in New York City for contemporary dance music, especially techno, with lineups stacked with local and global talent. It has been and always will be a favorite club to dance at in NYC. The space is great, featuring two dance floors that are nice and dark, with one of the favorite dance floors in the city. The dance floor is spacious and there is a top level on both sides of the DJ booth. The vibe is incredible and super dope, creating a magical little haven of delight.
The staff is always amazing, friendly, prompt, and professional. This includes the warm and friendly hostess, the incredible people working the coat check, and the lovely bartenders who are an absolute gem with customer service out of this world. Security is also very friendly and on point. The club offers a coat check for $4 and has clean bathrooms located downstairs. Free citrus-infused water is available and drinks are reasonably priced.
It is an amazing place to dance your heart out and meet others. However, as with many clubs, it can get targeted by pickpockets. People have had phones stolen, so it is important to keep your stuff safe. Despite this, Paragon remains a beautiful venue with good music and kind people, a great place to have fun and dance.
