I’m a fan of half caff espressos and have been using a 50/50 mix of Flatiron and Ghost Town. It’s really delicious. I used to drink cortados, but this is so good that I’ve grown accustomed to drinking it as a straight espresso shot. It’s my new staple!
The double chocolate cookie is amazing.
