Clean efficient
The dining area has been removed, which has helped reduce indoor loitering. However, you still have to maneuver around people lingering near the entrance just to get inside. The service is fine and servers are pleasant. The interior appears cleaner and more well-maintained than before. The food is typical Popeyes average, but nothing particularly memorable.
