I always loved delis before going vegan but they're definitely not the most vegan friendly, but I don't need to worry because there's Seitans Helper! I've never had apple slices on a sandwich but I'm happy I've experienced it now, all of their food is creative and delicious and I'm excited to go back when I'm in the area again. Also very friendly staff!
AMAZING! Tried Seitan's Helper for the first time today and was so impressed. Our local vegan restaurant closed and we decided to give them a shot, despite being one borough over. The sandwiches were super good, tasty and a good size. Very much recommended! We got the Chickie Ceasar Wrap and the Triple Threat.

This review was long overdue. I’ve been coming here for years even though I don’t live nearby. Seitan’s helper has the best vegan sandwiches in NYC. I travel to the city specifically for seitan’s helper, it is worth the two hour trip plus traffic. Everything on the menu is amazing. I recommend EVERYTHING!
