We only ever order takeout and have a good consistent meal every time. Chicken is crispy, vegetables are cooked perfectly, and they’re very generous with rice portions. It’s our go to Chinese spot in greenpoint.
Love Shanghai Lee. Their hot and sour soup is the best in the city. And actually hot and sour. Great noodle dishes (the Singapore mei fun especially!) and always consistent. Love their boneless ribs app and their chicken curry is unique from most other Chinese spots. Can’t go wrong with Shanghai Lee. Lovely family business with great food!

This is my goto Chinese takeout spot. The food isn’t exactly gourmet but is exactly what I want from the local Chinese spot! The owners are friendly and the food is ready always quickly!
