We had a great stay. Staff was friendly and the room was comfortable. The bathroom doorknob was a little wonky, but everything else was stellar. We highly recommend staying here. It’s in a great location and booked through Hotwire, it was relatively affordable.
This hotel is an excellent choice for families. The rooms are large and spacious, and the one bedroom suite has a kitchenette with a sink, large fridge, freezer and microwave. The location is perfect for exploring all of Manhattan (near Central Park and steps from the Lexington Avenue subway). Very good location and friendly staff. The rooms however are quite old (I stayed in a standard room), my fridge wasn't working properly and coffee machine was quite old too. The front desk tried to replace the fridge and was helpful and there are many coffee places nearby (between Lexington and Park Ave).
