I won't be returning here. The food is good but the portions are small. The ackee & saltfish dish has very little ackee & practically no saltfish. They try to stretch it using extra onions. I don't want any Darn onions, I want to see what i'm paying for......Ackee with Saltfish!! Silvers Crust restaurant on Utica Ave, their portions are far better.
Very good location and friendly staff. The rooms however are quite old (I stayed in a standard room), my fridge wasn't working properly and coffee machine was quite old too. The front desk tried to replace the fridge and was helpful and there are many coffee places nearby (between Lexington and Park Ave). We had a great stay. Staff was friendly and the room was comfortable. The bathroom doorknob was a little wonky, but everything else was stellar. We highly recommend staying here. It’s in a great location and booked through Hotwire, it was relatively affordable.
