Best pastrami Sammie around
Crispy on the outside... chewy on the inside. Shelsky’s has expanded from having the best smoked fish and coffee in the city (and, therefore, the universe) to ALSO making the best bagels. A no brainer: eat here all the time.
I’m not one to leave a review, but I have to say, this is one of thee best bagels I’ve had in NYC, and maybe the east coast. Came here on a whim from a recommend from a friend.
The bagel was toasted perfectly, lox was fresh and the cream cheese was great.
If you are in the area, I implore you to make your way here. I highly recommend this place.
Not a lot of sitting, but based on how good the bagels are you won’t be sitting long.
