Incredible. The funky spicy tuna on a gluten free sesame bagel was so good that I came back the next day for a repeat. Plus the woman at the counter was such a delight and offered excellent suggestions. Would highly recommend.
You posted that you'd be closed from 8/28 to 9/4. Today is 8/26. WTF? This is what drives me crazy about your store. Your bagels are fantastic but your service is terrible: you mess up orders regularly, and your service is unpredictable and unprofessional. If only your service matched your product.

I thought I would give this place a shot because it is near a subway stop I use sometimes and I thought it might be cheaper and maybe better than the bagel shop I frequent near NYU (Brooklyn Bagel and Coffee). But actually it was more expensive, and the bagel wasn't as good and was smaller. Oh well. Still better than 90% of the bagels in the U.S., though. However, Brooklyn Bagel and Coffee is better than 95%.
