The staff is especially helpful to visually impaired customers, explaining the menu and ensuring they receive their desired orders. The drinks, such as the one made by Lisa, are prepared quickly and to the customer's liking. The place is nice, clean, with nice music and friendly customers. The staff is attentive, cordial, and professional. This location is conveniently located next to the R train station and offers some of the longest business hours compared to other Starbucks close by. The store manager Ilisa is one of the best Starbucks managers you can meet in the city. The baristas, including Victor, Jay, Demian, Josh, Cliff, Brittany, Kimmy, Miranda, Gabby, Nylah, Rhys, and Lucy, are some of the best in NYC.
