“This is by far my favorite subway in bay ridge. The shop seems to be family run, with super kind and helpful employees. Only after a few visits they remembered my order. They always provide a good amount of toppings and their station always looks clean with fresh produce. Additionally, they give out complimentary cookies. Overall, I have never had a bad experience or sandwich from here.“

“Harishne Perera is super amazing! I come here a lot for many years and this is the first time I have met such a warm, helpful and detail oriented person. She just stands out. She walked me through each and every step of the process explained to me the deal of the day which was chicken sub, chips and a drink. Attaching photos guys! Make sure you go when she is there and day hi. She is very social/people oriented and genuine. I hope her superiors get to see this and she is promoted soon! Shes a gem to have on subway team.“

“Yes, I saw the John Oliver episode about Subway and know some people look down on the place, but this location seems to always have really fresh ingredients. They also sometimes throw in a free cookie with your delivery, which is very kind IMO. And they never get your order wrong. This is a good little spot.“

“This Subway is nice and clean and looks new on the inside. The staff were helpful but we had an issue with getting a deal advertised on the app once we reached the store. They could have been better with how it was managed as it was a minor who made the order. Otherwise the food was good. Went back later in the day for a friend.“

“This subway is new, fresh, and clean. It opened a couple of months ago and is one of the only 24 hour food options in a neighborhood clamoring for late night grub. “Appreciate the service, make it your way. Vegan options. I had the veggie delight. No sliced avocados though for double avocado options. No oregano either. Word to the wise. Use the app to order the sandwich even if you are in the store. You save more money ??? that way if you make sure to activate the deal they are offering or type in the code for it from under deals at the tail end of checking out. Particularly with Cashapp which gives you $ off each time.“

“Generally love coming here in the mornings...but they're often still busy knocking about with the day's various food prep so then gotta wait a minute or two first before being served. But nice and roomy for eating on the premises -- even before all the pandemic nonsense! Also, they actually have the AC on during the summer instead of just a fan!!“

“I’ve been to a few subways near my area and the places seem a bit messy and the overall atmosphere is depressing. I went to this subway while I was out on a business venture recently and my experience with this subway was unlike the others. The place was spotless and the customer service was phenomenal. There was a little employee, I think her name was Pheobe, who was sweet to me and even gave me her opinion on my sandwich when I was having difficult making choices. I’ll be sure to keep this place in mind the next time I’m in the area!“

“Under new management with new staffs. From last two years this subway has been a great place to eat for me. Always fresh food and smiley face of employee. Tried delicious salad too. Price is comparatively okay also.. nothing to complain.. I love this subway.“

Unlike other Subway branches in Brooklyn, the staff here is consistently polite, professional, and accommodating, especially when I call to make special requests. They always prepare my sandwich exactly as requested, which is particularly helpful since some delivery apps don't allow for detailed instructions.
Today, Ovi Ahmed went above and beyond, even calling me back to confirm my order details. Every team member I've encountered at this location over the years has been professional and dedicated to providing great customer service. “One of the few subways, I notice actually give you the right amount of meat or at least a decent no matter what ridiculous promos corporate got going on. Most other subways skimp on protein when they run those Buy one get one deals or BOGO 50% deals. Staff is very friendly and courteous“

“Located in the heart of Downtown Brooklyn is a subway restaurant inside of the Atlantic Terminal Mall. The staff of the restaurant was excellent making multiple orders at the same time and very versatile and talented. The order of the sandwiches were made with love. The sandwiches were made very quickly and tasted amazing, it was also toasted. The only downside of this location is that it lacks staff but overall it's a wonderful location. The order was made in less than two minutes. I recommend this location for ordering a sandwich.“

“I’m giving five stars to the Kingshighway Subway because I enjoy going there for my lunch. Especially I just ordered a platter of 15 sandwiches and the display is awesome. Very clean & professional! Unfortunately I didn’t get the gentleman‘s name that assisted me with the order but thank you. My grandkids will totally enjoy this platter! “I usually use Uber for delivery and it's always fast, about 10-15 minutes. I like that in addition to the varied menu, you can make your own sandwich, wrap or salad. Today I visited this location and was pleasantly surprised, aaa clean inside, lots of space and you can calmly eat inside. The guys really don't work very fast despite the lack of a long line, but I was there in the evening and most likely they were just tired. But overall, I received my order quickly, was satisfied and it was really tasty. I like that the menu has become more varied and there is a large selection of wraps and breakfasts.“

“I come here a lot, on weekdays, young tall girl working gives me very good attitude. She is very thoughtful and help me a lot when I struggle and slow. She make good sandwich too, sad to know she is only high school girl going to college!

“I received an email for the new Subway Rewards Program and considered ordering a late lunch for pickup to get a head start. Everything was pretty alright from my experience. My only concern is staff communication.Being that I often go to the other branch towards Targé, this is the first time coming to this one. I greeted the staff and told them I was picking up. One of them asked me to come to the other side of the booth and state my name. I did so - multiple times - but it seemed I couldn't get through to the staff member. I pronounce the beginning of my name with a "May". Of course those with accents use "Mee-gon" and others use "Meh-gin". I wasn't sure if my current migraine was causing an aura affecting my pronunciation, but I just wanted to eat as soon as possible to ease the pain.Ultimately, I just told them what I ordered and the staff had an "Ah! Mee-gon" moment, as I'm used to. However as I received my order, the staff said "that's why we ask for ID. See the sign?" and walked back to handle more orders. I looked at the "pickup order must show ID" sign plastered on the glass, mostly hidden by the subway sign and said aloud to myself, "How am I supposed to see that when it's not visible? Why wasn't I asked for ID in the first place to skip the back and forth?"No idea.Nevertheless, keep requirements clear and I recommend staff get straight to the point. Pronunciation barriers are also a thing.“

“I really like sandwich; ordered a BMT $12.99 and one spicy italian $11.99 both long foot, 3/$2.75 cookies and a bag of chips plus tax $30.99. Everything was fresh and lady was very generous with the meat and veggies. I would have love to have the sandwich a little more toast because it felt soggy after 15min walk. But I like the portions and the sauce on it. So next time, little more toasted like crunchy or crispy :D everything was well wrapped and clean nice“

“I come here often. The sandwiches are okay. The chicken is usually dry unless you add sauces. The bread is even dryer. Online ordering because there are coupons and I don’t like interacting and usually get everything right. Restaurant has tables.“

“I walked into the store with the understanding that it would have been a quick service, because no one but myself, as a customer, was in the store. However, I was never acknowledged until about 2 minutes after the person behind the counter finish loading the coin machine. He then went straight for the gloves, at which point I asked him to wash his hands before touching the gloves. He did apologize, washed his hands, and made my sandwich. I must say he gave good portion of meat and salad choices...good portion of the dressing and at the end was very pleasant and apologize again for me waiting.“

“Well the first time going there in September this year was the best served experience I believed mark served me and the second time in October during the day it was another man who served me both employees was polite and respectful the place is always clean and the cookies are good .
