It was a treat to visit Sugar Cane BK last week to celebrate my son's birthday.
This place has always been great. I started eating here back in 2015. Glad to see they have kept their greatness.

I haven't been to Sugarcane in years, went to a concert at the Barclay's, and decided to sit down for dinner and drinks before the show. We ended up at Sugarcane, almost forgot how small and cozy this place was. The got seated in 10 minutes last min on a Sat night was great. The food and waitress did their best to make sure our food and drinks came out fast. being that we were on a time crunch. The menu offers great deals, such as $10 jerk chicken tacos, and the food is exceptional, with recommendations for dishes like Buss up shot roti, oxtail with rice and peas, and jerk chicken with trini fried rice. The staff, although mostly new, is polite and attentive, ensuring a pleasant dining experience. The restaurant's small and cozy atmosphere makes it a great spot in Park Slope, Brooklyn. However, it can get crowded quickly, especially after 5:30 PM, and customers have noted some delays in service during busy times.
