The food is good but luckily the machines do most of the work. The front serving staff needs to understand they get paid to provide a service not opinions on patrons spending money for raw food that want to ensure uncontaminated service. A lot of attitude in this place that gives High school. If the workers owned the establishment I wouldn’t dare step foot in there. They need customer service training and maybe a mature supervisor on site.
This location uses the machines to make the salad. It’s a travesty because it really does make the salads significantly worse. The salad bowl was only half full and the ingredients were not mixed at all. At this point it’s the same as buying a bagged salad at the grocery store just more expensive.
Hi, today I bought a chicken wrap and paid $14 for it, but when I ate it, I realized there was practically no chicken in it\\. I looked through the entire wrap and could not find any chicken\\. It’s very disappointing to pay $14 for a chicken wrap and receive one without chicken\\.
