First time at Tambour even though I lived in the neighborhood for years - went on a Friday night at 6:30 pm reservation for dinner and live Jazz. Band was great and the volume was perfect even though we were sitting near the band. Food was good (Branzino and Brussel sprouts) Prices average- We split an entree and app w 2 glasses of wine each - a bit under 120 bucks w tip plus left a donation for the band. A good time overall.
Great vibe and awesome live music. The burger is incredible! Service is top notch.
My friends and I wanted to try out some place new during my visit to New York. I chose Tambour based on reviews from another review website. I hope that I can spread the word about them via TripAdvisor. We arrived early for our 6 pm reservation, which was a good thing. The restaurant was empty on a Sunday evening.
