Guests enjoy a small selection of fresh soups, a variety of Georgian salads, and famous Khachapuri (cheese-filled bread). A generous sample of eggplant with walnut paste is fantastic. The owner’s warm hospitality and friendly, attentive staff create a cozy “welcome home” atmosphere. Service is fast and welcoming, food incredibly tasty and authentic, and every bite hits different. The smell of freshly baked Georgian bread is incredible. Taste Lab is a hidden treasure, a must‑visit for genuine Georgian cuisine and a best Georgian food spot.
