Taste of China is a Chinese takeout spot in downtown Brooklyn with decent prices. The restaurant serves one of the best general tso’s white meat and spicy sesame chicken, both with vegetable fried rice. Wings are fried to a crisp and cooked well. The pork fried rice has that signature Chinese takeout taste. The food is always fast, always delicious, and never disappoints. The restaurant has enough seating for 10 people. Don’t expect nothing fancy, just typically good Chinese food. The owner is sweet and recognizes customers even after months. The restaurant also has boxes of sauces that customers can take without asking. Delivery is fast, sometimes arriving in 20 minutes, and they even throw in egg rolls and an extra can of seltzer. A go-to spot and the best in the neighborhood.
