Food was pretty good. Our table tried the Enchilada Burrito, Mulita with steak, and cemitas with carnitas. Ordered tap water but was informed there was some problem with the water so they brought us bottled and water and charged us without even asking if that was cool. Food took over 15mins to come out and we were the only people in the restaurant so that was kind of strange. Bit on the pricier side (~8bucks per dish). Come here quite often after a hard training session since its one of the few places on 4th avenue that accept credit cards and is close to the gym. The service is pretty good and the establishment is clean. One thing I have to say is that the nachos weren't that good, so I would stay away from that. Most of their other platters are pretty good and they have a decent selection on the menu.

I grew up in Manhattan but have since lived in both Mesa, Arizona and Los Angeles. While out west I began to learn about and appreciate Mexican cuisine. It really a cuisine.This wee spot, barely noticeable when walking past, hadexcellent Posolle/Pozzole, a fragrant white hominy and pork soup. Chile rellanos and flautas were also top notch.The salsa and tortillas were fresh.Service was heartfelt and willing.
