Excellent service, very friendly, delicious food. My spot is in Staten Island ny, new Dorp location.
The people are very friendly and helpful especially Emily and Musta. They always greeted me a big smile. I really like this place and recommend to all chicken lovers
Better wages and more employees needed. Place is packed and nobody taking orders, one person working alone. Food is great though

Tex's Chicken And Burgers is a restaurant known for its delicious food and reasonable prices. Customers often enjoy the burger and fries, which are generally good and flavorful. The place is typically clean and has a calm, peaceful atmosphere that makes for a comfortable dining experience. The staff's friendliness and politeness stand out when they are attentive and welcoming, contributing positively to the overall vibe.
However, service can sometimes be slow, with wait times reaching 30 minutes or more for orders. It has been noted that orders may sit forgotten or cold before being served. Some customers have experienced unfriendly staff or argued with customers over long wait times, which can delay service for everyone. Despite these issues, many still find the food worth the wait and appreciate the good value for money. Over time, some have noticed a change in portion sizes and flavor, but the food remains decent overall.
Tex's Chicken And Burgers is recommended for those looking for a clean, quiet place with tasty food and friendly service when staff are attentive. The restaurant’s charm and affordability keep bringing customers back.
