We were looking for a late lunch and The Roof was conveniently located. As other reviewers said, food service was extremely slow, even though there were few customers. The food was good, however, and the portions very large. It probably would have been better to just purchase food in the market downstairs and bring it up to eat. That seemed to be what most customers were doing.
The restroom upstairs is closed early. I mainly come here to shop downstairs. More than once, the restroom in the main store was closed for cleaning or otherwise occupied, so I went upstairs to find the restrooms are already locked at 8:30 PM. They could do better.

Good burgers, even the vegan burger was not disappointing. It was on the pricier side but the atmosphere was nice with the food and drinks. They have drinks options but food options are limited.
