Stopped by here to pick up a pie when I happened to be in the area for work one day a few months ago. They were about to close up and my online order wasn't quite ready when I went by to pick it up, and man, were they rude. I had heard stories about how rude the proprietors were here, but I still was taken aback. It’s the best pizza I’ve ever had ? I’ve been to Italy, and living in NY since 2011 (yes, I’ve had Joes, Lombardi’s, Williamsburg pizza, Andrew Belluci’s, and countless other Italian and NY style pizza restaurants) and this is absolutely the best pizza. I would say it is the perfect marriage of a Neopolitan style and NY style. Very good! Not the best pizza in American though; yall are buggin. The old lady was rude and not in a charming nyc way. Prices are WILD @ $30 for a small pie. Worth a try once so you can say you had it, but not worth a return visit when Lucia ave x, L&b spumoni, and di fara are so close and are frankly much much much better.
