They always had a few vegan pizzas by the slice, which were delicious! I hope they re-open in a new Williamsburg location soon!!! From their website: "After 10 great years we're lost our lease & will be closed as of Monday, 11/20/23.The new TWO BOOTS WILLIAMSBURG PIZZA & BEER GARDEN will be coming soon to a nearby location, details to follow!"Vegetarian options: They have multiple vegan pizzas by the slice that are well-labeled with great melting cheese and many vegetarian options!
If you've been in NYC awhile, you probably know the deal. It's not classic NYC pizza but there are great slices here.If you're visiting or new to the area: While I never found the Louisiana tie-in for branding very authentic, Two Boots has some really great, unique flavors with a little bit of kick. Get The Bird if you're a meat eater, or the Night Tripper if not. There are also solid vegan slices. If you're looking for a plain cheese slice, you'll probably be underwhelmed.

My absolute favorite pizza of all time. The crust is just perfection to me. I also adore their vegan slices, and their veggie pepperoni is the best. Hope they reopen in Williamsburg asap!!! Two Boots, we need you!! Also maybe a Queens store??
