The space is perfect for groups, with room to dance and socialize. The bar service is top-notch, with Jesus even likened to turning water into wine. Whether it's for a birthday or any event, the table service and intimate setting create a welcoming and enjoyable atmosphere. The back lounge offers a huge, spacious area that comfortably fits a DJ, photo op, slideshow, and ample seating, making it ideal for private parties. The decor features a gothic/victorian speakeasy feel, adding to the unique atmosphere. The private space is blocked off but visible through a curtain, enhancing the sense of exclusivity. The bar offers delicious drinks for around $16-17, served by a friendly bartender. On quieter nights, like Thursdays, visitors can enjoy sports on TVs in a cozy environment. Jada provides excellent customer service, ensuring guests feel welcomed from reservation to departure. Overall, Velvet Brooklyn is highly recommended for its great vibe and excellent service.
