Wendy's in Brooklyn

“we ordered from here. the order was made fast, and the line was moving quickly but the cashier, which I think was new, made a mistake on our order. the manager, Santiago, made sure everything was set straight and we were taken care of quickly.

“Wendy's is number 1 everybody there is cool with me I would recommend the 10 piece nugget meal they are really good

“The service here was fast and friendly. There's a good crew of recent graduates and young people, and they all seemed cheerful. Only used the drive-thru, but both servers had smiles, and we're very welcoming. Food was quick, hot, and yummy.“

“Thank you to this amazing and kind employee - Sweater. I came late at night, starving, from the Wendy’s on Utica because that line was way too long. I knew I wanted a salad but I only ever get the Apple pecan or the Caesar because I’m so picky. When I found out they only had Cobb left, I literally said ew because I didn’t know what was in it and said nevermind. As I was about to drive off, Sweater asked me to hold on and convinced me that it was good. He was right. I’m glad I decided to listen to him and purchase it because I was about to just go to sleep hungry. This is my favorite Wendy’s, I’m glad it’s close to my house. I’ll definitely be back again! “Great customer service, the cashier “ young guy with a beard “ is beyond amazing. I was here today, my 5 years old girl was ordering her frosty, he was so patient and helpful. Also in the past, I always ask him so many questions about the menu, and he’s always happy to answer and help. Great customer service, thank you !!! I wish I knew your name :)“

“I needed coffee and this Wendy's has a parking lot. Hallelujah ?
Parked had coffee . Parents had stuffed potatoes they loved them. The server was going to bring it too then because she did not think anyone was with them. Very polite
Then one of the employees checked the bathroom before we went in. ?“

“It was buzzing with customers. They have photos that honor some of the late great hip hop artists. They are decorated and in full swing with Halloween they have a large menu full of fast service and a wide selection is offered. Bathrooms are open.“

“There is always a long wait in this particular Wendy's and for some strange reason whenever I used to order whatever that Spicy Sandwich on the pretzel bun with the jalapeños, I'd order the CHICKEN sandwich and it would always come as a burger. Whether I went in and order or went through a food delivery app.“
