Pricey but tastes good
This is the first place you’ll see upon entering the food hall. We ended up getting shaved ice after dining and it was the perfect dessert on a hot day.
We ordered the coffee jelly topped with soft serve and the green tea soft serve at Yamada. The green tea has a wonderfully refined, subtle sweetness—definitely a sophisticated taste for adults! The soft serve was absolutely delicious as well. The vanilla flavor was just right—not overly heavy or overly creamy—with a refreshingly smooth, unique texture that hit the spot.

For drinks, the matcha latte and hojicha latte receive mixed reviews; some find them pretty good and strong with rich flavor, while others find them very watery. Syrup is self-serve with regular simple syrup and kuromitsu syrup. They also have adorable fruity animal shaped shaved ice and drinks. Staff are polite. Overall, it is a great place for desserts, though opinions on the drinks vary.
