This particular location seems to not have the recipes and cooking process down. The breading is often minimal or falling off and seldom crispy. Ordered their new nuggets and they were barely breaded. Additionally, I am not certain if this is a corporate change or unique to this location but their spices seem off and rather than that traditional KFC flavor, everything sort of tastes like pork breakfast sausage spices.
Against my better judgement I returned to this kfc even after they messed my order up a few weeks ago.this time they once again gave me the wrong order I called and told them I was coming back to get my money and when I got there they refused to give me a refund then told me I would have to contact corporate but they don't have a number I would have to go online and look it up. The worst service ever,not to mention the little bit of food they did give me looked old and disgusting...read full review
My order was completely wrong after waiting a hour after my pick up time , biscuits were a uncooked dough ball , should of went farther down the road to Popeyes 🤦🏻♀️
