KFC Reviews
This particular location seems to not have the recipes and cooking process down. The breading is often minimal or falling off and seldom crispy. Ordered their new nuggets and they were barely breaded. Additionally, I am not certain if this is a corporate change or unique to this location but their spices seem off and rather than that traditional KFC flavor, everything sort of tastes like pork breakfast sausage spices.
Terrible customer service. We were not acknowledged and I waited for 10 minutes to be waited on.
Went to the drivethu last night around 8pm. I was told to pull around to get my food. Well I waited about 20 minutes but nobody came. I noticed 4 other cars parked in front of the building (not in spots) and one two more in spots next to me. Nobody was coming out with food. We all had to go inside to get our orders. The other customers were saying how bad it is here. It takes 30-45 minutes for fast food at this location one other customer told me.
It took about 25 total minutes...read full review
KFC is a popular fast-food restaurant known for its crispy fried chicken. Customers generally enjoy the extra-crispy chicken breast and wings, which are described as large and flavorful. The restaurant often offers a traditional fried chicken experience with big pieces, and many find the sides like mashed potatoes, gravy, biscuits, and cole slaw tasty and nostalgic. Some reviews mention that the store is clean and decorated with old-timey Harlan Sanders memorabilia, adding a nice touch. Meals are served quickly and are usually hot, making for a good value, although prices have increased over time. However, the quality and consistency can vary across different locations, with issues like minimal breading, off-tasting spices, or missing items such as gravy. Customers appreciate when the restaurant has hot water in the restroom, showing attention to cleanliness and health. Staff are generally polite and friendly, even during busy times, though some locations may have limited staff, leading to longer waits. Overall, KFC remains a well-known brand that offers a traditional fried chicken experience, though experiences may differ depending on the location.
