I’ve always loved Babcias Pierogi and have spent a bit of time on the east side of Buffalo embracing my Polish heritage, but this summer Babcias came to the Cuba Garlic Festival in the Southern tier, I got to try the Pig Shot Pierogi, and it’s one of my favorites now!! I can’t wait to have it again soon! ❤️

Bring water to a simmering boil. Put frozen pierogi in the pot for 5-6 minutes. Drain fry in butter with a touch of oil to keep butter from burning. If you do that the dough will be awesome!
