Bagel Jay’s used to be my go to almost on a daily basis. Unfortunately, the last couple years the service has gone down and the bagels don’t seem fresh anymore. The servers are not friendly and can’t make orders correctly. Good luck getting a poppyseed bagel with poppyseeds on it. I don’t know what’s going on with their bake, but used to get warm fresh bagels throughout the day. Now they’re never warm!
Would not recommend Bagel Jay’s in North Buffalo. Rude employee(s) mocked my cousin for her speech when ordering. Great way to show appreciation to people who frequently order from your establishment allowing those rude service workers to be employed.
The best and only choice for me for Bagels and A great Lunch in Buffalo! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
