Absolutely disgusting customer service. The cashier was rude, disrespectful, and incredibly unprofessional. While I was standing right there, she was whispering behind my back and accusing me of having an attitude — when I did not say a single word to her other than my order.

The cheesesteak here is absolutely outstanding. And the strawberry drink? Packed with real strawberries and unbelievably good. There’s a Charlie’s Cheesesteak in Canada, but this place is on a whole different level. I literally crossed the border to Buffalo just to eat this sandwich — and it was totally worth it. Highly recommend!
