went here for the first time and satisfied my craving for a burger and fries! can't find fresh cut fries at very many places... would go again when I get another craving...very tasty 😋
We came in and the staff are always so kind and wonderful. Even when it’s absolutely slammed, they are so friendly! Today our ticket accidentally must’ve gotten missed. People came and went after us while we waited. After 20 minutes went by we went up and asked if we were skipped. After searching for our order and realizing our ticket was gone Luz and Maries immediately apologized profusely and got everyone to quickly race together and remake our ticket. I loved the cashier’s welcoming service. Do not go to shack shack nearby, customer service terrible. Come to this place instead!
