Hutch's is a restaurant known for its delicious food and great service. The steak is exceptional, including tenderloins that are well-seasoned and tender. The staff follows fine dining rules, and the management ensures everything runs smoothly. The presentation of the food is impressive, with most dishes tasting amazing. Highly recommended items include the bacon on a plate, meatballs, ribs, Beef Wellington, Bison steak, tuna, and Cream Brulee. The Faroe Island Salmon is perfectly cooked, served on garlic spinach, and accompanied by oven-roasted red potatoes and grilled slices of bell pepper and squash. However, some dishes, like the chocolate cake and cocktails, were a bit disappointing. The small plates were good, and dinner was well-prepared. Service is friendly, attentive, and helpful, enhancing the overall dining experience, even if it is not as attentive as in the past. The unique "bread lady" serves delicious slices of tomato focaccia, rosemary cheesy bread, or baguette, preventing waste. The only downside is the shared bathroom situation, which can be uncomfortable. Overall, Hutch's is a clean and classy place to enjoy a memorable meal with family and friends, making it worth the expense.
