La Fiesta Cantina is a hidden gem with delicious food and friendly service. The lunch fajitas are flavorful and juicy, and the guacamole is a must-try. The steak protein bowl is both delicious and a great size, served with tasty chips and salsa. The atmosphere is welcoming, with great Latin music adding to the experience. The staff are accommodating and go the extra mile to ensure guests have a great time, even fulfilling special TV requests. The mole sauce is a favorite, as are the chicken tamales, Chile pobalano, and chile relleno. The decor is pretty typical, with attention to detail like the name carved into benches. While tables can be a bit close, the chairs and benches are comfortable. Service is amazing, and they are super accommodating for vegan meals, with options to make vegetarian dishes vegan. La Fiesta passes with flying colors for authentic Mexican cuisine and outstanding recipes. The weekday lunch menu has bunch of good choices with large portions, and food and service are great. Catering from La Fiesta was absolutely loved, with extra chips and salsa. Very pleased with the service, the pricing and most definitely the taco bar, beef chimichangas and enchiladas. Try the avocado sauce! A place worth visiting again and again.
