Delivery service has gone off a cliff since Panera started contracting with Doordash. We ordered from Panera today. The Doordash driver didn't even bother to get out of her car. She called our office and we had to figure out where she was parked outside the building and get the food ourselves.
Clearly, this person was too lazy to do her job. This continued poor service reflects badly on Panera and I'm not sure if we will order again.
