I recently placed an order from them and they had a promotion going on for a free gift if you order over $50. So I placed the order and received the items I ordered but did not get my free gift (a book) when leaving feedback I mentioned the forgotten book and promptly received an email from the president apologizing for the mistake he asked what I had ordered and sent it right out and I received the book in the mail a few days later.

The Sausage Maker Inc, has the best customer service around!! I will definitely be buying more from them!! Thanks guys keep up the great job!!
I purchased two meat grinders directly from their website, and the entire experience was excellent. They have everything you need for sausage making, and the quality is outstanding. Even better, their products are made locally in Buffalo, and their customer service is friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. As a bonus, the prices on their website are better than buying the same products on Amazon. I highly recommend them!
