I come here nearly every day before work and consistently receive A+ service. They know my usual order. They are friendly as can be no matter how busy it is nor how poorly they may be treated by other customers at the time. The regular workers do their jobs to the highest standards and are not just excellent workers but transparently good people who make their store and this city, country, and world a better place by being who they are.
I go to this Tim Hortons a LOT!! This was the very first ever Tim Hortons I have been to since I moved here to Buffalo! The workers started to know I come here regularly, I have also been to other Tim Hortons locations as well! I also love the outside design, the black window sills, the nice bricked wall, and the white and red shades over the windows are the cherry on top! Store is always clean, workers are very nice!
