“Everything on the menu is wonderful and made by hand. This is a micro-bakery, not a coffee shop. That means they don't serve full breakfasts or giant cappuccinos. They serve fresh bread, alongside other delicious baked goods. Everything is made daily. Loaves upon loaves of freshly baked tangy sourdough, pullman loaves for a week's worth of sandwiches, Japanese milk bread (my fave- it's so sweet), and a selection of cookies and smaller items that change weekly. If you are lucky enough to be there when they have the basque mini-cheesecakes, grab one of those too! Callicoon has the largest farmers market in Sullivan County, and a trip to the Sunday market isn't complete without hitting the Callicoon Marketplace for dry goods and pantry items...and a week's worth of bread from Roger That.“
