Fast Food Restaurants near Cambria Heights

“long drive thru and inside“

“Contrary to most of the post here I normally enjoy my food from here, yes it's salty but we know when we order out to expect extra salt. Today however I received blue hair with my chicken. I tried to call to let the manager know discreetly but no one answered either time I called.“

“8/23/26. Honestly these were not great. They were never closed so not sure why they were so soggy. I waited about 25 minutes too. I should have just left. I felt bad they seemed understaffed and an Uber Eats guys was harassing them about and order. Not worth $15 for a water and French fries. Truffle aioli was very watered down too“

“The food was amazing here! We came here hungry after an exhausting trip from montreal and the staff was extremely friendly and so generous with their portion size even gave us extra sauces on the side! Made our day way better and we Definitely recommend and will revisit when we come back to New York.“

“June 26, 2022. Walked to get our order of a Lamb wrap, chicken wrap and fries. First time there and a welcome place to the neighborhood. The staff are friendly, the place is new and clean and most important the food is very good. Will return many times. Check it out.“

“Stopped by Shake Shack at LGA Terminal B before our flight for a quick bite. Ordering was easy with the self-service kiosks, and the food came out pretty quickly, which is definitely appreciated when you’re trying to catch a flight.

The seating area is quite small for how busy this location gets, and we noticed quite a few customers having to stand while eating. The burgers were decent, but unfortunately, they didn’t quite live up to the quality I’ve had at other Shake Shack locations.

Overall, it’s a convenient option for a quick meal before a flight, with fast service and easy ordering, but there’s definitely some room for improvement with the seating and food quality.“

“YoYo Chicken is 🔥! The chicken is super tasty, the smash burger is insane, and the portions are big and satisfying. Definitely hitting different.“

“Only the best Chicken Shop in NYC 🥰“

“very tasty. great price. great staff.“

“I’ve been ordering delivery from Chicken is Back for quite some time, and I can tell you that the fried chicken is actually crispy and juicy.

You must get the white garlic sauce if you’re a garlic lover like me. It’s so creamy and good! The spicy original is also really good if you like a little kick. My only complaint is that they put the sauce in such a tiny container, and it’s definitely not enough…

Although they’re known for their fried chicken, don’t sleep on the grilled chicken. It’s a healthier option, but it’s still incredibly juicy and flavorful. Honestly, it surprised me how good it was! As for the crispy batter fries, they’re OK, but honestly, kind of meh.

I do think it’s a little pricey, but I’d say it’s worth trying. Definitely recommend!“

“really good. The chicken was very juicy and flavorful. I finished everything before I even remembered to take a photo.

The staff were also very friendly and nice. Overall, it was a great experience, and I would definitely come back again.“

“buen servicio y atención amable“

“I ordered the Crispy Chicken Poblano Salad, and it’s my favorite menu item by far! Everything was incredibly fresh, packed with flavor, and absolutely delicious. The ingredients tasted high quality, and every bite was satisfying.

A special thank you to Herman for preparing my salad with such care. His attention to detail and great service made the experience even better. If you’re visiting Just Salad in Oceanside NY, I highly recommend trying the Crispy Chicken Poblano Salad—and if Herman is there, you’re in great hands!“

“Taco Bell is always a solid choice! The food is flavorful, affordable, and there’s so much variety on the menu that there’s something for everyone. The Crunchwraps, tacos, and burritos are consistently tasty, and I love how easy it is to customize orders. Service is amazing and usually quick, even during busy hours, which makes it perfect for a fast meal. Highly recommend! 🌮“

“Checked out Halal Muchies after so many people told me about it and they did not disappoint!!! Cooked perfectly, super tasty and great portions! I hope this place is around for a very long time!“

“Absolutely loved everything I ordered. Quick and tasty!“

“i order from here often and their food is so good & it’s halal! everything i’ve eaten from here has tasted fresh & well seasoned. They close around 2 am and always add new stuff/combos to the menu. Just picked this up before they closed. They are also very nice & have always had great manners. Me & my dad go here all the time lol“

“This place is usually pretty quiet, which I’m not sure is a good thing or a bad thing, but I’ve never had any issues here. The crew is always great—friendly, welcoming, and attentive. The food is consistently good, too.

It’s conveniently located right off the Bruckner, and they remodeled about three or four years ago. The place looks great, is clean, and has plenty of seating. There’s also lots of parking, which is always a plus. Overall, it’s a very nice place with a great staff and consistently good food.“

“I tried the 6 piece lemon pepper hot wings, they were pretty tasty and flavorful. I have a high spice tolerance so it more delicious than spicy to me and could have been fried a little longer for more crunch but overall I did enjoy the wings and would recommend!“

“For the past time I’ve come to eat here has always been a pleasure! My go to is Chicken Sandwich and Coleslaw ,favorable and enough to eat! For how much you get in a single combo it’s quite enough . The service is always great and nice with much care and patience to me as a customer. ❤“

“just ate at they're bronx location and was one of the best burgers I've had in a long time lol ended getting a 2nd burger, fries and a nutter butter shake. was awesome! new favorite burger spot 💯“

“Checked out Halal Muchies after so many people told me about it and they did not disappoint!!! Cooked perfectly, super tasty and great portions! I hope this place is around for a very long time!“

“This is a great spot if you’re craving fish over rice. It’s definitely worth the price, and the staff are friendly and welcoming.

The food is very satisfying and always leaves me feeling full.

I’ll definitely keep coming back to try everything on their menu!“

“Went on a Friday afternoon and the restaurant wasn’t too busy. What really stood out was the team’s efficiency and one particular staff member, Kim. Not only was he friendly when taking care of my order, but as my kids and I dined we witnessed him just being awesome and friendly with everyone, having him in the store completely elevated the atmosphere.“

“love this place! Food is amazing everytime, and the service is great even with how busy they are. Keep up the great work!“

“Best chicken sandwhiches and burgers in the neighborhood. Love the sliders with the sauce and the holy burger. Have ordered takeout from here probably twice a month if not more for the last 2 years or so. Service is also great, always quick and kind. Packaged neatly.

The wings are also good and I like the seasoned fries - medium is the perfect portion. My boyfriend loves the double dog and the beef sliders.“

“muy bueno el pollo frito y el pollo asado“

“I got lunch there today and loved it!“

“Awesome service and delicious food. definitely 5 star Deli“

“This the best Subway restaurants in Queens, NY. They build great sandwiches and do their best keeping the ingredients fresh! The staff great you as you arrive and after getting food there a few times they will remember you. The manager and staff are polite, pleasent and are excellent in serving the customers. They try their best to keep the eating area clean, but there are some very sloppy patrons that leave all their refuse on the tables, but the workers clear away quickly. I try my best to come here only for my sandwiches... Thank you for being wonderful☺🥰“

“Very nice Popeye's“

“The chicken is fresh, tasty and halal❤️“

“I recently visited **Shah’s Halal in Elmont**, and I have to say, this location truly exceeded my expectations. From the moment I walked in, the environment felt spacious, clean, and very welcoming. It’s the kind of place where you immediately feel comfortable dining in, whether you’re grabbing a quick bite or sitting down with family or friends. The availability of **free parking** is another huge plus, especially in an area where parking can sometimes be a challenge.

Now, the food—absolutely delicious. Everything I tried was flavorful, fresh, and cooked perfectly. The **wings were the highlight** for me. They were mouthwatering, tender, and came in a variety of flavors that really stood out. You can tell they put effort into seasoning and preparation rather than just serving something basic. The platters and sandwiches were also well‑portioned, satisfying, and reasonably priced, which makes the whole experience even better.

The staff deserves special mention. The employees were extremely **friendly, polite, and helpful** throughout my visit. They greeted customers warmly, answered questions with patience, and made sure orders were prepared quickly and accurately. The **service was fast**, but never rushed, and the positive attitude of the team added to the overall experience.

Overall, Shah’s Halal Elmont delivers on taste, service, cleanliness, and value. It’s a spot I would happily return to and recommend to anyone looking for delicious halal food with great customer service. A truly enjoyable experience from start to finish.“

“Hey everyone, this spot is seriously the best food in town! The vibe is so nice, the bagels are always fresh, and the staff is super friendly and welcoming. It has that cool, slightly worn-in look. They’ve recently switched owners, and now it’s super clean and fresh, with a huge menu. Plus, they have fresh 100% organic juices and protein shakes! It’s an awesome place!“

“terrific wonderful staff“

“I had a great experience at this Popeyes. The service was excellent, and the staff member who helped me was friendly, respectful, and professional. They made sure my order was taken care of, and everything came out fresh and correct. The food was hot, flavorful, and really good. It’s always appreciated when the customer service matches the quality of the food. I’ll definitely be coming back to this location.“

“My first visit to White Castle at this location turned out to be a really pleasant experience. I placed my order through the app as soon as I walked in, and by the time I got settled, it was ready within moments super convenient and efficient.

The dining area was clean, spacious, and comfortable, which made it easy to relax while waiting. The staff came across as friendly and welcoming, adding to the overall positive vibe. I did notice there are two restrooms available, though they require an employee to unlock them, which is something to keep in mind.

One standout detail for me was the open kitchen setup you can actually see your food being prepared right in front of you, which I thought was a really cool touch. The beverage machines are on the customer side as well, so drinks are self-serve, making the process quick and easy.

Most importantly, the food came out hot and fresh, just how it should be. Overall, this was a solid experience, and I’ll definitely be coming back again.“

“Always have the best food and service i have been going to the truck they have on hillside ave next to capital bank but since they open the shop its more convenient over here as they have the sitting area aswell
Chris the guy always make it more juicy“

“Muy bueno, se los recomiendo para ir con toda la familia“

“Good food“

“i really like this spot, but my one complaint is they don’t listen to any of the customizations you ask for… i always ask for no yoyo sauce and no pickles on my burger and always end up with it anyways. please for the love of god, if you could tell the cooks to look at the customization that would be great“

“honestly wasn't to impressed, called for curbside pick up. very long slow line, after getting in had to wait for a spot , the kid went to 2 other cars before he bought us our order. waffle fries where uncooked , they screwed up our nuggets an forgot one of the sandwiches we ordered“

“I got a salad made with rice and beans and I saw they offered roasted Brussels and sweet potatoes. I tried the Brussels, they were amazing and turn a lackluster airport meal into one of favorite of my trip. Updated from previous review on 2026-03-30“

“Highly recommend this place. It was delicious food ,Awesome Service definitely will be going back. 🙃“
