“We order Chinese food once every couple of months and since our usual place was closed for the day we decided to try Beijing on a whim. Very glad we did! First off, this place is largely a take out spot, they have a couple small tables. The interior is what you'd expect from a take out spot, nothing super appealing but fine. They could clean it up a bit and take down the old entree pictures up top that are discolored and decades old. There is a small step down from front door to side walk, that can take you off guard if not aware. The service was nice and efficient even on a busy Friday evening. The food was excellent. The lo mein was cooked perfectly, not too oily and firm texture. The house fried rice was excellent, a lot of shrimp. My spouse raved about the general tsos chicken, which he liked a bit better than our usual spot. The prices are more than reasonable, we'll definitely be back soon.“

“This is better than the other takeout places like it. There are vegetables! The meat is not grizzly fat chopped up or large chunks of fried breading instead of chicken. If you ask for spicy, they will make it that way, and the rice is cooked properly. They put effort into making the best version of menu items, and it sets them apart. The people that work there are very friendly and easy to communicate with. Over the years we have never gotten a messed up our order.“

“I am sorry there are no pictures. We have been living in this town a long time and Happy Star has always been our go to for take out. I know it has changed owners, but we appreciate it's consistently good food. I just finished my Mu Shu Pork....the order was ready in reasonable time, nicely packed, they remembered the hoisen sauce and pancakes. It was a great size portion with the vegetables cooked perfectly and a good amount of protein. My one problem, but it is the same at Most Chinese restaurants now, is that the egg rolls are small with pretty much only cabbage inside.“

“We had such an amazing experience at dinner. We were celebrating my friends sons birthday and Wendy went above and beyond. If I could give Wendy more than 5 stars I would. We will specifically be asking for her any time we come back.Plus the food is great. The pineapple coconut ice cream is ?Kid-friendliness: They made his birthday dinner amazing. They took the time to sing and bring a sparkler“

“Th we food is excellent in my opinion anyway. Everything I've had there's always been excellent and packed so it stays hot until I get home. The 4 stars for service is because they only ever give you one fortune cookie with an entree. So we have to split it. Probably foolish of me, but just seems a tad cheap.Like most take-out Chinese restaurants, it really doesn't have much atmosphere.“

“My Family and I have been ordering from here for Decades, China Wong has the best Chinese food in Liverpool. Food is always hot and fresh, General tso's and sesame chicken are always great, egg rolls are always delicious. I don't think I've ever been told that my food would take any longer than "10-15 min". Friendly service Everytime,“

“My favorite chinese food restaurant in the area. I drive past 2 others to go to Shanghai Garden. They use fresh vegetables, they make their wontons by hand, and everything I've had there is great! If you like lo mein, theirs is the best I've ever had. Same for the wonton soup.“
