Beautiful new hotel! Quiet. Friendly staff. Great bar and restaurant
We are Hilton diamond members and have close to 100 night stays over the last 3 years. The experience at Hotel Canandaigua is by far our worst experience at any Hilton property. Upon arrival we learned that our reservation that was booked and confirmed through Hilton was no longer being honored for the suite we had reserved. We were given a standard room at no price difference than the suite that was reserved and confirmed. The room was poorly furnished. No where to sit other...read full review

The Bird Cage is a must-stop restaurant with glorious views and plenty of parking. The very friendly staff and delicious drinks make for a welcoming experience. They now accept credit cards, as of Sept 2. The freshly made chips and dips are divine, and the bartender's kindness is evident, as seen with their adorable puppy sundae.
